Ahh, you’ve chosen to jump down the rabbit hole head first and venture into the land where endless shoulder and arm gains await.

Congratulations, you must be a savage.  Frankly, anybody must be to take on this workout.

Before we dive into the belly of the beast, let’s begin with its origin story.

Our cousin, Tony, is one of those savages. There’s no doubt about it.

After all, he descends from the legend himself, Big Tony. The apple never falls far from the tree.

Tony always inspires us to step up our game. From repping out 335 on the bench to a text about crushing a protein feast, his inspiration comes in all shapes and sizes.

 This past Saturday, it was delivered in a single sentence.

Like typical bros joking around about lifting, specifically shoulders, T’s face lit up with a smirk as he said,

“I just train them until they don’t look small anymore.”

With that sentence, a spark ignited. The very next day, we challenged ourselves to an all out shoulder and arm day.

We aimed to kill two birds with one stone; get SWOLE and test out some new training methods for future client programs.

Two hours and fifteen minutes later; mission accomplished.

So without further ado, here is an Original Sons Of Strength Special. A pure and true shoulder and arm fest.

We shall dub it:  Flex Fest 2016
